1. Notarization Requirements: Before any notarial act can be performed, the signer must provide satisfactory evidence of identity and willingness to sign the document while adhering to state laws. Mobile Notary Expert reserves the right to decline a notarization of any document if the signer fails to meet the necessary requirements or if the notary has a conflict of interest.
2. Limits of Notarial Acts: Notarial acts are limited to those allowed by Illinois law. Mobile Notary Expert will not perform any notarial act that is prohibited by law or against the principles of notarial ethics.
3. Not Responsible for Content: Mobile Notary Expert is not responsible for the content of any documents presented for notarization. The notary’s role is to verify the identity of the signer and ensure the proper execution of the document.
4. Fees and Payment: Fees for notary services are as stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service, and all fees are non-refundable once the notarial act is completed. Mobile Notary Expert may request additional information to provide a quote for special circumstances.
5. Data Privacy and Security: Mobile Notary Expert takes the privacy and security of client information seriously. Any personal information provided to Mobile Notary Expert will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Acknowledgment of Risk: The client acknowledges that the interpreting services provided by Mobile Notary Expert involve certain risks, including but not limited to misunderstandings, misinterpretations, and the potential for confidential information to be disclosed unintentionally. The client agrees that they are fully aware of these risks and elect to proceed with the interpreting services in full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.
7. Limitation of Liability: The client agrees that Mobile Notary Expert, including its owners, employees, and contractors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of interpreting services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or misunderstandings in interpretation.
8. Accuracy and Confidentiality: Mobile Notary Expert commits to providing the highest possible level of accuracy in interpretation and to maintaining the confidentiality of all information disclosed during the interpretation process. However, the client acknowledges that absolute accuracy and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and waives any claims against Mobile Notary Expert related to such matters.
9. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials to Mobile Notary Expert  for the effective provision of interpreting services and to inform Mobile Notary Expert of any specific requirements or sensitivities related to the assignment.
10. Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment may be subject to a charge of half of the service rate.  Immigration interpretation appointments must be paid in-full 24 in advance. Mobile Notary Expert reserves the right to update changes to this policy at any time. 

11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to the interpreting services provided by Mobile Notary Expert shall be resolved through mediation, with both parties agreeing to act in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

12. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois /County of DuPage in which Mobile Notary Expert operates.
